Join us for an evening of star gazing with Dave Tabor of Stellafane. Learn about the night sky and try out a telescope as you snack on moon pies and sip hot apple cider!

This event is at Lakeview Cemetery (455 North Avenue, Burlington)  Parking onsite and at Burlington High School - look for signs.

Everyday Biking Workshop - On the Street

Meet at bike rack in front of library

On Street Everyday Biking is July 31.  Take to the streets with Peter Burns from Local Motion.  This workshop will cover strategies for safe and fun riding around the city. Please bring your bike and meet us at the Library's bike rack in front of the building. Registration is required.  Limit of 10 participants. All ages (under 16, must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver).

Cardboard Box Parade with Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront

Wear your "Universe of Stories" t-shirt and meet in front of City Hall (on the bottom block of the Church Street Marketplace) at 1pm to parade to Pearl Street, then down the hill to Battery Park. Recommended for ages 5 & up, but all ages welcome. Sponsored by Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront.

The Burlington School Food Project invites you to enjoy nutritious meals on the Library lawn. All children ages 18 & under from all towns & communities welcome!

Monday-Thursday, June 24th - August 15th.

Staff setup: 2 long tables, large compost barrel, trash/recycling bin (with extra bags).

10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Visit the Library's table at Waterfront Park, find out about "Summer Lunch at the Library" and the Fletcher Free Library's summer programming for kids. Be sure to enter our raffle!
